1. Booking and Reservation

• Guests must provide accurate personal details during the booking process (non local Aadhaar number).

• Bookings are confirmed only upon receiving payment as per the hotel's policies.

• The hotel reserves the right to refuse service or cancel reservations at its discretion.

2. Check-In and Check-Out

• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

• A valid government-issued photo ID (non local Aadhaar number) must be presented at the time of check-in for all guests.

3. Payment Policy

• Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking.

• Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, net banking, and cash.

• Taxes and additional charges will be applied as per local regulations.

4. Cancellation and No-Show

• Cancellation and refund policies are detailed in the "Cancellation Policy" section.

• In case of a no-show, the booking amount will not be refunded unless stated otherwise in the booking terms.

5. Conduct and Responsibility

• Guests are responsible for their belongings. The hotel is not liable for lost or stolen items.

• Any damage to hotel property caused by guests will be charged to their account.

• Smoking is prohibited in non-smoking areas. Violators may face fines.

• Pets are not allowed unless stated otherwise.

6. Liability

• Utkarsh Hotel is not liable for injuries, accidents, or unforeseen events occurring on its premises.

• The hotel reserves the right to modify its services or terms without prior notice.
